These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ROI Logic website and any services provided by Lance Media Co, LLC (“ROI Logic,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
ROI Logic provides digital advertising management, website and landing page development, SEO, and related marketing services. All services are subject to separate written agreements or proposals. We do not guarantee specific results, ad placements, conversion rates, or ROI. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
We expressly disclaim any guarantees regarding campaign performance, lead volume, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, or ad approval by platforms. All results shown in case studies or elsewhere are illustrative and not typical. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your own business decisions.
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate business information, creative assets when requested, and payment according to agreed terms. Delays in client input may affect timelines and results.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for your business. We retain rights to our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROI Logic’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of work performed to date.
You agree to indemnify and hold ROI Logic harmless from claims arising from your use of our services or any content you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
